Welcome to Bronze & Pine Apothecary. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or place an order.

1. Use of Our Site

This site and its contents are intended for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, republish, or exploit any part of this site or our content without written permission. (That means don’t steal our photos, descriptions, or formulations — not cool.)

2. Product Information + Disclaimer

All of our products are handmade in small batches using natural ingredients. We do not make medical claims. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Always read ingredient lists and do a patch test before use. Bronze & Pine Apothecary is not liable for any individual reaction to any particular ingredient. You are responsible for checking the ingredients before purchasing and using the product.

If you are pregnant, nursing, or have a medical condition, consult your healthcare provider before using any of our products.

3. Orders + Payment

Orders are processed in the order they are received. Once placed, orders cannot be modified, and cancellations are not guaranteed. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or policy violations.

4. Shipping + Delivery

We ship only within the U.S. Please see our Shipping Policy for detailed info on processing times, meltable product disclaimers, and lost/damaged package procedures.

Once your order is marked as “delivered,” we are no longer responsible for the package. Be sure your shipping address is accurate and that someone is available to retrieve your package, especially during hot weather.

5. Returns + Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at amanda@bronzeandpine.com within 5 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to make it right. Full policy here.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including but not limited to images, product descriptions, logos, and branding — belongs to Bronze & Pine Apothecary and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Bronze & Pine Apothecary shall not be liable for any damages that result from the use or misuse of our products, delays in shipping, or website errors. Your use of this site and our products is at your own risk.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
